A large cellular carrier experiencing is adding customers and each customer was growing their data usage. They rely on Networks Analytics platform from a small vendor for many network assurance and customer support functions. The solution provides:- Problems and congestion information throughout the network
- Ongoing capacity planning information
- SIP tracing of voice calls
- Customer experience data for voice - call data including dropped calls
- Customer experience for data - network speed, latency, dropped video frames, etc
- Identification of applications being used - using signatures based on headers, ports, etc
